Great advice for new teachers.

As a newer teacher, I have relied heavily on Yvonne’s experience & expertise in classroom management. Observing her style & her use of the techniques and experiences outlined in this book has been beyond rewarding. The pragmatic nature of these methods makes them simple to implement. Plus, their use makes behavior modification & monitoring a reward more than a chore. My even rudimentary implementation of these actions took me from a scared rookie teacher to Central Wisconsin Teacher of the Year in less than 2 years. I highly recommend “Teach for the Lightbulbs” for anyone entering the field or in the field of education.
